Over a decade has passed since the Earth Summit, where the leaders of the developed, industrialised countries promised to "take the lead" in changing unsustainable production and consumption patterns.

Since then, ecological and social trends have worsened, with increases in production and consumption overcoming all advances in ecoefficiency and best practices.

What will ECE governments agree to do to reverse these trends and ensure progress towards sustainable communities and societies?

What's the plan for the next ten years?
